Sicilian Easter Deliciousness

Crazy times we are in. One way to continue to battle through is to maintain some semblance of normalcy and tradition. I’ve been making this Sicilian Easter Ring for 30 years. It reminds me of my childhood when things were simple, barely a care in the world. This recipe hasn’t changed in all this time but it still excites me ever time I make it! This is one of the easiest bread doughs you can make - just a hint of sweetness and some cinnamon- can be warmed up for breakfast or a nice mid-morning snack.
